DfA
Our engineers work with the customer’s design team to ensure that the product’s assembly techniques and methods are developed simultaneously with the product development cycle. We ensure that the product design fulfills the objective of easy assembly.
DfT
Our dedicated and highly experienced team of Test Engineers work directly with our customers during the development stage in order to ensure that the tests performed fulfill the purpose of deploying the ICT or Functional testing for the final product.

Product & Component Engineering
Component engineering/material engineering is an integral part of our process which starts from quotations and extends through DfX, NPI and volume manufacturing. Our team liaises with manufacturers, application engineers, design teams and distributors and maintains the database for electronic commodities.
High Mix (Low to medium volume manufacturing)
We leverage SAP S4 HANA tools to optimize demand management, forecasting and inventory controls for customers who require highly engineered / high complex PCB assemblies which call for small to medium batch production.
Low Mix (High Volume manufacturing)
ARBT works in the area of very high volume manufacturing for our customers, not only for PCBA’s but also box builds for IoT products. With a strong backend support of SAP S4 HANA and EDI with customer and vendor portals, we are able to fine tune our systems to meet delivery timelines.

We take a robust engineering approach to New Product Introduction (NPI). After the DfX process with the customer, we engage in a “Define-Review-Develop-Validate- Implement-Evaluate” process.
